The founder was a member of the Kawaguchi municipal council for three consecutive terms.
On a loudspeaker fixed on a truck he campaigned for election representing the Kawaguchi Industrial Machinery Association. As the fixed period of election campaign was longer than that of today, he had much more time to appeal to citizens making a speech on the street or at the community center.
Toasting the winning of the election.
Everybody was happy.
