KHK Customer Service and Networks
KHK has put together a finely tuned
network of customer and sales support across Japan. From the
sales department in our headquarters in Kawaguchi-city, Saitama
to our sales offices in Osaka and Nagoya, everyone works with
each other very closely, becoming one, as an efficient operating
unit, gathering detailed customer data. We compile this data
into useful marketing intelligence and then channel it back into
our products.
