How to download CAD Data on KHK Stock Gears
Explained here is how to download CAD data on KHK Stock Gears. We have 2D CAD data in DXF format. We have also 3D CAD data in various file formats, including DXF. Please use them when you are making your own drawing.
How to download
2D DXF files

First, determine the specific stock gear file you would like to download from .
You can use four search functions to select the specific stock gear:
1. Search from Product Photo
2. Search from Catalog No.
3. Search from Gear Strength
4. Search from Gear Specifications
to find how to select Stock Gears. |

"Series List" for each product is dislayed on the screen.
See Dimension Table. Then, Click one radio button to select an option (or a product, such as SS1-15). |

Click DXF output at the bottom of the screen. Next, click on SAVE to copy the file to your computer. |

3D Data files

Click 3D CAD at the bottom of the screen.
Web2 CAD Product Preview Window appears on the screen. Click on Update Global Settings.

Download Options appears on the screen.
Set up default preference such as download format and where to save. Then, click on SAVE.. |

Return to Web2 CAD Product Review Window.
Specify one from Download such as DXF3D, STEP214, etc.
Then click on Go>>.
Finally, click on SAVE. to copy the file to your computer. |
How to download
entire 2D DXF series
First, see List of DXF Files Then, click on the gear type you are selecting, such as Spur Gears, Miter Gears, etc.
DXF Data Files for KHK Stock Gears appears on the screen.
Click "Series", such as SSG, SSY, etc. after checking the size of compressed file (ZIP format) and the object number.
Click on SAVE to copy the file to your computer.
DXF data is compiled and downloaded in compressed file format
(.zip). Selecting your files
will start the archiving process, and each file will be given
the name of the gear series.
