eCatalog is an application software that is installed on your PC to use. So, please be sure to fulfill the following requirements before installing.

How to install eCatalog
Installation Procedure
<<Precondition>>
In case you have already installed an eCatalog,
then start installing. |
To start installation, click .

A window is displayed when file-downloading is ready to start, then click Run button. If you click Save button, you can download and save the file on your PC so you can install later on.
 |
Before start running, a message appears to show a security concern, but continue and click Run button.
NOTE: In case of Windows Vista and Windows 7, a window is displayed to confirm authorization or security status, but please continue and click Run button.
 |
It starts downloading. Please wait.
 |
When downloading is completed, the installer starts running. A window is displayed to select a language to use in the setting up. Select a language.
 |
A window is displayed when KHK Catalog Setup Wizard is ready to start. If other application programs are in the middle of running, shut down all of them. Then, click Next button.
 |
The Select Additional Tasks window is displayed. If you select, a shortcut icon for the eCatalog is added on your computer desktop.
 |
A window is displayed when the installation is ready to start. To start installing, click Install button.
 |
It starts installing. Please wait.
 |
When the setup is completed, the message appears. If you check Run KHK Catalog button and exit the window, the Catalog starts running.

How to uninstall the software.
<<Precondition>>
Make sure that the eCatalog is not in the middle of running before start uninstalling. |
From the Start Menu, select Programs or All Programs, then KHK Catalog and Uninstall KHK Catalog. Or, use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel.

A message appears to confirm the removal. Click the OK button.

Thing to confirm
Please make sure if this folder below is not left behind on your PC.

How to use eCatalog
The usage of KHK eCatalog is basically as the same as it of KHK Web Catalog. Please see How to use KHK Web Catalog.
Please note that DXF files for Stock Gears are not able to be output. DXF files that can be output are only for products after modification is applied.
How to run / exit
If you have added a shortcut icon on your computer desktop.
Click on the icon below on your computer desktop.
If you have not added a shortcut icon on your computer desktop.
From the Start Menu, select Programs or All Programs, then KHK Catalog
Download of CAD data from eCatalog
The button "DXP output” under the dimension table is unable to be used on eCatalog. Please click the button “Drawing display/Create drawings for modification” and you will be able to download DXF files for modifiable products after modification is applied.
